Product:
We are able to work with introducers who can introduce
either of the following:
1) Developers whose property TheMoveChannel.com can sell
directly
2) Agents and developers whose property can be listed on TheMoveChannel.com
for sale indirectly
Reporting:
We can provide a version of the reporting suite tailored
to partner introducers. This shows you a summary of your traffic
statistics, pipeline and payable revenues from both commission
share and pay per email sources, as well as drill-down information
on the partners and ultimately clients that have contributed
to each component of the revenue. There is also a timeline
view that shows when your revenues have been generated and
how you have performed historically.
Implementation:
We will provide a full recruitment pack and information that
you can relay to agents or developers that you wish to introduce
to our network, including background information, integration
methods and contractual agreements.
Commission details:
Whereas the earnings of affiliate introducers are tied to
the revenue we pay out to affiliates, the earnings of partner
introducers are linked to the sales revenue generated by any
purchase of property from the partner.
The introducer share is calculated as a portion of the total
commission received, prior to any payments to sales staff
or to affiliates that have introduced purchasers.
Each new partner (regardless of whether it is an agent or
developer) has a 3-year lifespan for the introducer, with
a fixed percentage of the gross revenue that they generate
for our business paid out each year. The fixed lifespan encourages
introducers to continue to recruit more partners on an ongoing
basis.

Due to the amount of time that it can take for sales to fully
transact, the year of any sales are classed not by the completion
date, but rolled back to the date of the initial enquiry.
This means that introducers do not lose out because of slow
administrative procedures or long build times.
